Four steps. Nothing is sold past the one you are on.

The same sequence for a person, a family, and a company: a free read, a free conversation, a written map before anything is built, and a relationship that keeps it current. Here is each step in full, what it costs, and the questions people are usually embarrassed to ask.

Ten minutes. No account. Your bearing is emailed to you at the end.

Nothing to buy to begin

A written map before anything is built

You know the number before you decide

You talk to the person who does the work

the four steps

Each step stands on its own. You can stop after any of them and keep what you have. Most people take the first two tonight and decide about the rest in the conversation.

Get your bearings

ten minutes · free · no account

You do: answer a short set of questions about how you actually work and decide. There is a version for a person, one for a family, and one for a company, and the first question sorts you.

You get: a written bearing in your inbox: where you stand, what is already working, the one thing to do next, and a first page about you that any AI can read today. Yours to keep, sent as a plain file.

Talk to a person

forty-five minutes · free

You do: book a call with the person who would do the work. Tell them what you are carrying.

You get: a straight read on whether a build makes sense, what it would involve, and what it would cost. If it does not make sense, we say so, and you still leave with something you did not walk in with. There is no script and no pitch.

The map

days to weeks · scoped in the conversation

You do: a guided intake with us. For a person, a week of short sittings in which who you are gets written down in your words. For a company, a handful of working sessions walking the operation the way it actually runs.

You get: a written document you keep, before anything is built. For a person, the bearing in full. For a company, the Terrain Map: where AI moves the business forward, where it must not go, and a go, fix, or wait call on every opportunity we find.

The build, then Alongside

weeks, not months · then as long as it helps

You do: the build with us, not delivered to you. Your own AI set up around the map, on plain files you own, on the tools you already use, with the two gates in place. Then you keep us at the table as the tools change.

You get: a working system, the practice that keeps it yours, and a standing relationship: a quarterly review, asynchronous access between sessions, an annual review of the whole thing against where you said you were going. Set in conversation, never sold past the step you are on.

what is free and what is scoped

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Your context lives in plain files on your side. We do not keep a copy of your memory on our servers, and client work is rendered as patterns on this site, never named.

Which AI do you use?

Whichever fits you. We build on the tools you already pay for where that is right, and on open-source runtimes you can host yourself where it is not. We are expert in the major platforms and neutral among them, because the files are the system and the software underneath will change.

What if I am not technical?

Most people we work with are not. The hard part is knowing who you are well enough to write it down. We do the mechanics with you and hand you a two-minute daily habit, not a manual.

What if I already use one of the big ones?

Keep using it. We set it up so it works from who you are instead of guessing, and so what it learns about you lives where you can read it and take it with you.

How long does it take?

Ten minutes to start, weeks to build. The read is ten minutes, the exercise twenty, the conversation forty-five. A personal build runs four to six weeks; a company Sprint runs two to four.

What if it does not work for me?

You stop, and you keep what you have. Every step stands alone. For a company, if the map does not show you something about your own business you did not know, you do not pay.

Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. The conversation is its own reason. If there is a fit we will say what the next step is and what it costs. If there is not, we will say that too.
