We’re building the company that keeps people the author of their own lives while the machines get good at everything else.
The WILD Navigation Company was founded and is led by Chris and Andrea Greene, but it isn’t the two of them alone. It runs on a framework fifteen years in the making, a book, a proprietary way of measuring where a person stands with AI, cohort programs for individuals and families, and full-spectrum work with organizations. Behind that sits a for-profit company and a separate nonprofit institute, both carrying the same mission into different rooms.
A company like this needs a particular kind of person: range and judgment in equal measure, someone who moves between domains and goes deep in each. We look for people who want to do the best work of their lives on a problem that actually matters.
Most companies our size are trying to look bigger than they are. We’re trying to prove a point. A senior core, a dispersed network of specialists we bring in for the work that needs them, and AI woven through all of it, so a team this size does the work of one many times larger. That is WILD×AI, run on ourselves first.
Chris and Andrea stay close to the work that carries the most weight, the diagnostic and the direction. Everything else, we build a team to own. If you join us, you own something real from the start, and you do it alongside people who have run companies, led change, and built the systems underneath both.
We would rather have ten people who could each carry a company than a hundred who need to be carried.
These are the seats we hire into as the company grows. All are remote and open to the right person anywhere. If you recognize yourself in one, we want to hear from you.
You build the AI systems the whole practice runs on.
The Navigator working environments our clients live inside, the engine behind the WILDiQ, the agent tooling and internal systems that let a small team operate at scale. Production work with real language models, where the bar is whether the tool leaves the person more capable than it found them.
You’ve shipped real production systems with AI that people actually use. You’re fluent in the current tooling and unbothered by how fast it moves. You care about craft, and you care about the human on the other side of the screen. You can own a system end to end and explain it to someone who will never see the code.
You walk people through the half of change that isn’t technical.
Leading cohorts and sitting with teams as they move through an AI transition. The letting go, the re-authoring, the part that stalls every rollout: the real barrier is desire, and moving it is the work. You’d carry our framework into a room and make it land for real people with real stakes.
You’ve led actual people through actual change, and you know the difference between teaching a skill and moving a person. You hold a room without dominating it. You read where the resistance actually lives. You teach hard ideas without ever talking down.
You turn a skeptical leadership team into an organization worth amplifying.
Owning organizational engagements end to end: the opening Exploration, the readiness diagnostic, the Sprint that follows. Holding the systems view and the human one at once, and translating a framework into the specifics of one business, one culture, one set of people who have to actually change how they work.
You’ve sat across from a leadership team and earned the room. A senior operator or consultant who can diagnose an organization, name what it doesn’t yet know about itself, and sequence the change so it holds. You’re as comfortable with a founder’s ego as with an org chart.
None of these quite you, but you’re exceptional and you belong here? Write anyway. We keep a bench, and we’ve built roles around the right person before.
We hire slowly and for the long term. Expect a real conversation with the people you would actually work with. We want to understand the arc of your work, the turns you made on purpose, and what you’re trying to build a life around. We’ll tell you the same about us.
We’re a distributed team across time zones, and always have been. We hire for the person, not the pin on the map. What matters is range, judgment, care, and the ability to own something and see it through.
Write to us with the shape of your work and why this is the mission you want to spend yourself on. A note that sounds like a person beats a perfect resume.
