A company built the way it teaches.

The WILD Navigation Company builds personal and organizational AI around a named practice, and runs itself on the same system it sells: a small senior core, AI through everything, the judgment kept human. Two founders who built two companies from the life they wanted: one who leads the practice and the engagements, one who builds the systems underneath them. A separate nonprofit for the younger years, and a book that says why. That is the whole company.

Based in Colorado. Working with people and companies wherever they are.

the company

The WILD Navigation Company is the for-profit practice. The sparkWILD Institute is a separate 501(c)(3) for families, young people, and educators, led by Andrea Greene, who also leads the company’s engagements. WILD×AI is the company’s AI practice and its site for people who want to build. One framework at the center, different doors around it.

The way we work

A senior core and a dispersed network of specialists, with AI through all of it, which is how a company this size delivers like a far larger one. You talk to the person who does the work.

The system we run on

The company runs on the same architecture it builds for clients: an always-on AI working on files the company owns, two gates enforced, reviewed by a person every week.

The standard

Nothing sent, spent, published, or made permanent without a person. Nothing sold past the step you are on. Client work rendered as patterns on every public surface, never named.

The posture

Expert in the major AI platforms and neutral among them. The files are the system; the software underneath is expected to change, and we build so you are never stranded.

the record

The inn

The Ruby of Crested Butte, ranked first of more than five hundred Colorado inns for over ten years. Built from nothing and run by the founders themselves for fifteen years, hosting thirty-five thousand guests.

The second company

RubyResorts, a boutique personal and property management company built and run with real success, then sold for the system beneath it rather than any hard asset.

The classroom

Fifteen years as a tenured professor of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship, tenure given up on purpose because this moment calls for work that cannot wait for an institution to be ready. A homeschool at home.

The credentials

A Juris Doctor, a Certified Financial Manager designation, award-winning teaching, Stanford and IBM training in design thinking and AI, certification in human-resource management, and a Fortune 50 career moving whole organizations through change.

Andrea Greene

co-founder and principal · leads the practice and the engagements · executive director, sparkWILD Institute

She leads the practice. She reads people and the cultures they make, and builds the human architecture underneath every system that actually works. Two decades of organizational leadership, including Fortune 50 human resources at The Home Depot, where she led cultural integration across states as the company acquired businesses and brought them into one culture. Then, as President of RubyResorts, the operating architecture that made tens of thousands of guests feel something they could not quite name. Within days of meeting a team she reads who is aligned, where the resistance lives, and what the organization does not yet know about itself.

Chris W. Greene

co-founder · builds the systems · author of WILD Intelligence

He builds the systems the practice runs on, and the framework that names what is happening so people can act on it. A legal and financial analytical mind brought into hospitality operations, then into fifteen years as a tenured professor of innovation. He has worked at the edge of AI since the first serious language models arrived, building the systems that support this practice as a practitioner rather than an observer, and he runs his own work on a persistent, governed AI that proposes while he decides.

the four doors

wildnavigation.com is the company and the only place anything is bought. wildx.ai is the AI practice, free in its entirety, for people who want to build. sparkwild.org is the Institute, the separate nonprofit for families, young people, and educators. chriswgreene.com is the author’s site: the book, the talks, the thinking in public. One framework at the center. Four doors around it.

where we are growing

Three seats at the center of the work, all remote, open to the right person anywhere. We hire slowly and for the long term, and the process is a real conversation with the people you would actually work with.

WILD Guide

Facilitation and change leadership, remote, cohort-based. You carry the framework into a room and make it land for real people with real stakes.

Enablement Lead, Organizations

Organizational engagements, remote, engagement-based. You own a Sprint end to end and translate the framework into one business, one culture.

Navigator Engineer

Applied AI, remote, ongoing or project. You build the systems the whole practice runs on, and the bar is whether the tool leaves the person more capable than it found them.

None of these quite you?

Write anyway. We keep a bench, and we have built roles around the right person before.
